Regional Disability & Education Pathways (ABN 28 003 442 855) provides disability and education consultancy services including transition planning, family capacity building, NDIS navigation, school consultation, and behaviour and inclusion strategy.
Services are delivered by qualified professionals with experience in special education and guidance counselling. Services may be delivered remotely or face-to-face depending on location and preference.
3. Service Agreements
Before commencing services, we will discuss and agree on:
- The nature and scope of the services to be provided
- Fees and payment arrangements
- Cancellation policy
- Confidentiality and privacy obligations
- Any relevant NDIS service agreement requirements
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. We accept payment through:
- NDIS funding (plan-managed, self-managed, or NDIA-managed)
- Private payment (invoice provided)
- School or organisation contracts
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during the course of our services is treated as confidential. We will only share information with your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk to safety.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality advice and support, our services are consultancy in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our advice is based on professional expertise and current best practice, but individual results may vary.
