Funding & How to Pay

Flexible ways to access support

We offer flexible payment options so families, participants and providers can choose what works best. This page explains the most common funding pathways in clear, practical terms.

NDIS Funding

Our services are delivered through NDIS Capacity Building supports, with a focus on developing practical skills, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

We use an evidence-informed, outcomes-based approach to support participants and families to build capacity across home, school, and community environments. Depending on your goals and plan, services may align with:

  • Improved Daily Living (CB Daily Activities)building functional skills, independence, and everyday capability
  • Social & Community Participationsupporting inclusion, participation, and real-world skill use
  • Support Coordination (where applicable)assisting families to understand, implement, and use their plan effectively

All services are goal-directed, outcome-focused, and supported by clear documentation suitable for plan reviews.

Who can use NDIS funding

Self-managed participants

You pay us directly and we provide invoices for reimbursement.

Plan-managed participants

We invoice your plan manager directly once services are agreed.

NDIA-managed participants

Please discuss with your planner — some services may be accessed depending on your plan and goals.

What we provide to support claims

  • Service descriptions aligned to relevant NDIS Capacity Building categories.
  • Suggested wording for plans, reviews, and goal alignment.
  • Outcome summaries and brief reports (where required).
  • Invoices suitable for plan managers and audits.

Important note about training services

Training and mentoring for support workers and providers is typically funded by:

  • Employers (as professional development), or
  • Individual workers (self-funded)

These services are not usually claimed directly from a participant's NDIS plan.

Private Pay & Block Hours

Private pay is a flexible option for one-off Roadmaps, urgent support, or families who prefer not to use NDIS funding. A clear Service Agreement is provided prior to commencement. Block-hour packages are available for flexible or ongoing support.
