Who Can Access Services
Our services may be suitable for:
- Privately paying families
- Self-managed NDIS participants
- Plan-managed NDIS participants where the service aligns with the participant’s goals and plan manager requirements
- Providers purchasing staff training or mentoring
Important: Families and participants should check with their plan manager or support coordinator before booking if they intend to use NDIS funding. Services are not guaranteed to be claimable under NDIS.
What We Provide to Support Claims
- Service descriptions aligned to relevant NDIS Capacity Building categories.
- Suggested wording for plans, reviews, and goal alignment.
- Outcome summaries and brief reports (where required).
- Invoices suitable for plan managers and audits.
Important note about training services
Training and mentoring for support workers and providers is typically funded by:
- Employers (as professional development), or
- Individual workers (self-funded)
These services are not usually claimed directly from a participant's NDIS plan.
Private Pay & Block Hours
Private pay is a flexible option for one-off Roadmaps, urgent support, or families who prefer not to use NDIS funding. A clear Service Agreement is provided prior to commencement. Block-hour packages are available for flexible or ongoing support.
