Regional Disability& Education Pathways

About Us

More than a consultant — a trusted guide

Regional Disability & Education Pathways was born from a deep commitment to making sure every young person with a disability — no matter where they live — has access to the kind of support that genuinely changes lives.

With over 20 years working in special education and guidance counselling across Queensland, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of families, students, and schools. I've seen first-hand what works — and I know the system inside and out.

Our Story

My career began in the classroom — working directly with students with significant disabilities and complex needs. Over the years, I moved into guidance counselling, supporting students and families through some of their most challenging moments: navigating school systems, planning for transitions, and finding the right supports.

I've worked across the full continuum of disabilities — from learning difficulties and autism to physical disabilities and complex behaviours — in mainstream schools, special schools, and everything in between. That breadth of experience means I understand that every young person and every family is unique.

When the NDIS came along, I saw both its promise and its complexity. Too many families were struggling to navigate a system that was meant to help them. That's why I established Regional Disability & Education Pathways — to bridge the gap between what families need and what the system delivers.

Based in Warwick on the Darling Downs, I serve families and schools across Queensland, primarily through remote consultations. This means geography is no barrier to accessing quality support.
