Practical disability and education consultancy for families and participants who need clear goals, written guidance and usable strategies for everyday life. Services are delivered remotely Australia-wide with regional visits where needed.
The Flourishing Roadmap
For families, participants and support teams
A practical planning package that turns complex disability, education and life-stage needs into a clear written Roadmap. It includes goals, strengths, barriers, practical strategies, NDIS goal wording, suggested next steps and simple progress measures.
What’s included:
- Pre-meeting intake (30–45 minutes) to gather goals, routines and supports
- One focused planning session (1–2 hours) with family and key workers (remote or regional in-person)
- A written Roadmap (3–6 pages) with clear actions, measurable milestones, suggested NDIS wording and progress measures
- One follow-up review (30 minutes) within 6–8 weeks

- Learning and participation
- Independence and daily routines
- School engagement and adjustments
- Emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Transition planning
- Home, school and community consistency
Timeline: Typically 2–3 weeks from intake to delivery (faster for urgent cases)

NDIS Review Readiness Package
For families and participants preparing for plan reviews or reassessments
Support to organise information, clarify functional impact, develop meaningful goals and prepare clear evidence-informed wording for NDIS review discussions.
Possible inclusions:
- Goal wording
- Family briefing notes
- Education/disability summary
- Functional impact summary
- Support needs overview
- Questions to raise with planners or support coordinators
Important: This service does not constitute legal advocacy or NDIS plan management. It provides education and capacity-building support to help families prepare for review discussions.

Parent/Carer Coaching
Ongoing support for families
Regular coaching sessions for parents and carers who want ongoing guidance to navigate disability, education and NDIS systems. Includes support between sessions for urgent questions.
What’s included:
- Regular coaching sessions (fortnightly or monthly)
- Short phone/email support between sessions for urgent issues
- Outcome statements and short reports for plan reviews
- Guidance on education transitions, school adjustments and daily strategies
Investment: From $180 per session
Common Questions
Can I use NDIS funding?
Many families can access these services through Capacity Building supports. Families and participants should check with their plan manager or support coordinator before booking if they intend to use NDIS funding. See the Funding page for more detail.
What if I’m paying privately?
We invoice directly and provide a clear Service Agreement before we begin.
How soon will I see results?
Roadmaps clarify what happens on the ground. Most families notice more purposeful, goal-directed support within 4–8 weeks.
Is this a Behaviour Support Plan?
No. We provide education, capacity-building and family coaching services. We do not provide formal NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner services or NDIS Commission-lodged Behaviour Support Plans.
